Mrs Dixon won £1,000
'I was in a store a few years ago and a lady asked me if I was interested in joining the Pink Ribbon Lottery. My friend had died aged 38 years old some years before, leaving two young children, and I agreed to join the lottery. In April 2019 I was diagnosed with hormone related breast cancer and a DCIS. This required two operations and fifteen rounds of radiotherapy. I am on a course of Letrozole for five years. I’m very grateful for all the support and research by Breast Cancer Now. I rarely win anything, so I was delighted to receive your cheque! I plan to use the money to buy some furniture for my new summerhouse.'
